Organic farming is a system which avoids or largely excludes the use of chemical inputs viz. chemicals fertilizers, pesticides, hormones, feed additives etc. The organic farming to the maximum extent rely upon crop rotations, crop residues, animal manures, off – farm organic waste, mineral grade rock additives and biological system of nutrient mobilization and plant protection. Organic farming has grown out of the conscious efforts by inspired people to create the best possible relationship between the earth and men.
Ansh Agrico is implementing projects on implementation and grower group certification of organic agriculture in association with AROH Foundation in the state of Uttar Pradesh and Meghalaya. The process of implementation includes baseline survey, farmer clusters formation, farmer trainings, development of ICS, certification and market-linkages.
